Cancer is a very frightening word. Mr Awad, while not minimising the risks of my operation, managed to calm my fears. He listens, talks to you in language you can understand and by his very positive attitude makes you feel more positive about your situation. Even though he must be extremely busy, he never gave that impression, no question was treated as trivial. His secretary was also extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries re medication from my GP. The whole team were friendly and reassuring. Thank you.
